Terms & Conditions
Each Kennedy’s Auction Service sale is conducted under the terms announced with that auction. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Personal property
- Everything sells as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect before you bid; the auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final.
- Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each sale.
Real estate
- Property sells subject to the terms announced for that sale, including the buyer’s premium, earnest money due day of sale and closing within the stated period. Real estate sells as is; inspect during the announced previews.
